Ground-up construction of a 54,000-square-foot climate and humidity control storage facility with two masonry steel buildings. In total, the two steel buildings contain 450 individual units.

This ground-up, 103,000-square-foot construction of Class A, state-of-the-art boat, RV, and self-storage facility with a scope of work including enclosed full-size drive-in boat and RV units, conventional self-storage units, covered canopy boat and RV spaces, and open-air boat and RV spaces. Offsite street improvements include a new curb, gutter, sidewalk, and roadway paving on two frontage streets and new streetlights.

FEATURES: Onsite improvements, including 90,000 cubic yards of subterranean concrete stormwater detention system below the open-air boat & RV storage area, plus 475 linear feet of new 24-inch water main in the right of way.
This project is a 4.5-acre outdoor storage facility. Work included the construction of 90,000 square feet of storage canopies for outdoor RV and boat storage that holds more than 170 RV parking spots. Work also included the construction of 9,000 square feet of indoor self-storage units and an office building complete with a sales area and restrooms.

FEATURES: Underground bio-retention basin for renters to dump waste onsite, concrete parking spaces, lighted covered and uncovered spaces, a wash bay, RV disposal station, and access to power.
Renovation of existing eight hundred units with an addition of eleven hundred more interior and exterior units around the perimeter of an existing one hundred and thirty thousand square-foot tilt-up building. Customer service care center and restrooms were added in the interior of the building.

FEATURES: Two new hydraulic elevators, light fixtures with motion sensors were installed to the interior and exterior of the building.
This project included ten buildings housing seven hundred and thirty five storage units and straddling a railroad line. It was constructed with an additional two-story residence on a three acre site.
